FACE FORWARD by Adrienne Decker- LLC Company Policies

BOOKING: A valid credit card is required at booking for all permanent cosmetic procedures, tattoo removals, or collagen induction therapy services. The card will not get charged during booking, this is to hold the appointment and guarantee you availability. You will be asked to provide a method of payment at the completion of your service.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time or clients will be charged a $50 fee.

NO SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will automatically be charged a $50 fee and will require a 50% deposit of the service price in order to reschedule the missed appointment.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: Saturday appointments booked with Adrienne Decker will require a  $100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking. 

CONFIRMATIONS: All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are not confirmed 12 hours prior and are subject to cancel and will result in the $50 cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING: If a single appointment is rescheduled more than 3 times, clients who wish to reschedule a fourth time will be required to provide a 50% deposit of the service price.

LATE ARRIVALS: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 late fee and could be asked to reschedule the appointment.

CREDIT CHARGE CHARGES: We currently do not charge the client the credit card processing fee but we do have a $25 minimum for credit card charges.

MASK POLICY: As per the New Jersey Department of Health guidelines, at this time, service providers and clients are not required to wear masks in the facility. The decision to wear or not wear a mask is a personal choice that will be respected. If you would like your service provider to wear a mask, a request can be made and we are happy to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

CHILDREN: We love children, but due to the quiet spa environment and to ensure no clients’ services are disrupted, we kindly ask that the little ones are left at home.

REFUNDS: Our services are considered “elective” so Face Forward does practice a no refund policy but studio credit can be given in such circumstances.

COMPLIMENTARY BROW WAX:  We offer complimentary brow waxing for all of our PMU (permanent makeup) clients once a month for one year from original date of service. This resets at the time of the Colorboost visit. Because these are complementary we do prefer these appointments be made and or changed online through our booking link.
